This included a schematic-level design with a relocation plan to continue to serve the existing systems, and then relocate the existing space to a disaster recovery site on another owner-owned campus.

The review included an additional 2,000 sqft in adjacent space. The report addressed standardization and conventions as well as operational best practices. The new design recommendations included traditional cooling methods as well as in-row water-cooled systems with air-side economizers.
